A 1–2–1 Cacao Ceremony is a sacred and nurturing experience that invites you to journey inward, opening your heart to deeper connection, clarity, and self-awareness. Guided by Karen, you’ll sit in a peaceful space and work with the gentle medicine of Mama Cacao known as the “heart opener.”

Cacao has been used for centuries in sacred ceremony to support emotional release, balance energy, and awaken intuition. As you drink this rich, ceremonial elixir with intention, you’ll be guided to connect with your soul’s wisdom and the subtle energies that surround you.

Each ceremony is unique. It may bring stillness, tears, laughter, or profound insight, whatever your heart needs in that moment. The session may include gentle energy healing, meditation, and intuitive guidance, all held within a safe and supportive space.
