During your Initial Consultation & Foot Reflexology session, we begin by completing a confidential health questionnaire to create your personal treatment plan. The treatment then combines Reiki, gentle massage, and focused pressure on areas of the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. This encourages the body’s natural healing abilities and stimulates the nervous system to ease stress and tension.
