The Initial Consultation & Reiki Treatment session begins with a short, confidential consultation and completion of a health questionnaire. This allows us to understand your individual needs and tailor your Reiki treatment accordingly. Following the consultation, you will receive a full Reiki Ttreatment. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works to restore balance, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. You will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably throughout the session. This appointment is the first step in creating a personalised treatment plan designed to support your overall well-being.
